Max Height Box Jump
WOD: 5 Rounds for time of:
25 Push Press @ 75#/45#
50 Double Unders
A longer timed run today. You have the choice to run the 400m loop twice or run down to the end of Bell Rd. and back for the full 800m. After a good warm-up aim for a PR on the box jump. Remember to use your arms and really go for it. Max height box jump is really a mental game. Your body is able to do it!
On the workout, sub the double-unders with singles as needed. We would really like to see everyone getting doubles soon though so keep practicing. 100 singles for each round. Try to keep the push press legit and not push jerk it as you fatigue.
