Good morning all! It's the beginning fo the week again, time to get your fitness on! Five classes today to suit your WOD'ing needs. Join us @ 0530am, Noon, 430pm, 530pm and/or 630pm!
After the great warm-up, get some heavy back squats in. Remember to stay tight and tall. Keep the weight centered and on your heels. Actively pull yourself down with the hamstrings and keep those knees tracking in line with the feet. Power out of the bottom and repeat. Make sure you all are recording your numbers, if your are interested in an online tracking/recording system, talk to your coach so we can get you set up!
We have hit deadlifts and burpees up recently both together in a WOD and seperately. Well, they are back so get after it! More reps today but burpees should be easier. Try to stay tight and touch and go. Make sure technique is solid and if you need to scale the weight please do so.
