Hello everyone in the CrossFit Arise family. Travis and I have some exciting news! I will be taking a larger role at Crossfit Arise as Travis and I have become business partners. I look forward to offering my help in constantly improving our gym and advancing you towards your fitness goals. Coaches Will (yes folks, he's soon to return) and Dana are also integral in this new partnership. The four of us together have many ideas and we hope you're excited for the improvements to come. We look forward to offering more class times, different kinds of classes, more coaches, more equipment and other great enhancements around the gym. I felt welcome at Arise from my first day there and am now very thankful to be getting more involved. I look forward to working with Dana, Travis, and Will and also getting to know our members even better.
