Goals. We all have them. We will traditionally make some sort of New Year's Resolution. I challenge all of you not to dismiss this easily. Statisically, 75% of New Year's goals fail in the first 4 wks. Let's change that number! Today or very soon, write down a list of goals... on paper! Place it on your fridge or bathroom mirror, anywhere that will remind you often. Whether you make a fitness goal or not, let us help you acheive it! Want to lose a certain amount of weight by a certain time, nail a pull-up, muscle-up, run a faster mile, look and/or feel better? All of these goals require one thing... accountability! Find a coach, friend, total stranger and let them know your plans. Accountability is one piece of the puzzle.
The other piece can be called a number of things: determination, follow-through, commitment. Is your goal going to be easy? Probably not or you would have done it already. It will take time, work, and perseverance. You can do it though, be positive, focus, and GET IT DONE! When you stumble or fall down, ARISE!
