SUNDAY 11/24 Class Times:
Please come and try a class! It is essentially 75 min of much needed stretching. CrossFit movements are very explosive and regularly tax many of the same muscle groups that are begging to be stretched and relaxed. Doing so regularly will improve your fitness and improve your performance in CrossFit. Don't be afraid if you've never tried yoga before. Just show up with a large towel or yoga matt if you have one. We even have a couple extra matts waiting.
For those of you showing up at 1 (or slightly before) for the open gym, please keep in mind that yoga will be winding down at that time and please be courteous when coming in and setting your things down or getting changed.
We would like to add one more yoga class during the week and would like feedback about days and times that would work for those who are interested. We're thinking middle of the week like Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday and wondering which of the following times would work:
Early morning (6:30)
Late Morning (9,10,11)
Early Afternoon (3:15)
Evening after class (7:30)
Please comment on this site and inform others who would be interested to do so. We know that we won't be able to satisfy everyone's schedule but will do the best we can and may add more class times in the future.
