Last night Moret yelled out "time" and it was music to my ears. Haven't really heard it in a while but we need to hear it more. Yell it for 2 reasons. Firstly, it's a great feeling to yell that out after a tough workout. You've just finished the most physically challenging part of your day so yell it with pride, with a sense of accomplishment. Secondly, it allows the coach to tell you your time which many of you forget right after looking at it. The brain function is at it's lowest point of the day (why we have trouble doing math adding up our reps) and it's easier to rely on the coach to yell out your time when you're done.
