WOD: 5 Rounds for time:
15 DB/BB Rows
Today we will be implementing a new movement during our skill time. The floor press while similar to the bench press is a great way to build strength and explosive power through the middle. Watch the video below for more info.
Burpees are going to be the bane of this workout, as usual. Power through them and go heavy on the rows. Times should be sub 30 and we could see some sub 20's. Come work through those Monday blues!
