The 2013 Reebok CrossFit Open is quickly approaching, beginning March 6th until April 7th. There will be one WOD per week and you will be competing against thousands all over the world. Last year, CrossFit Arise had 10 participants compete in the Open for our NorCal region. Did you used to be an athlete in high school or college? Do you just enjoy challenging yourself in our daily WODs next to your peers? Have the urge to compete again? The Open would be the perfect opportunity to get those competitive juices flowing again and it’s inclusive, meant for everyone!
No matter where you are at in your CrossFit journey and fitness, you can participate. You’ll be doing the WODs each week anyway, and it’s a great opportunity to be part of a movement so much bigger than just you! Last year over 70,000 people participated, and this year is on track to be over 100,000! Be part of showing the world how inclusive and amazing CrossFit is, and how fearless YOU are!
