Great job on the Hero WOD everyone! That was impressive. We don't go long into workouts like that often, but you always impress me when we do. Today will be more of a "recovery" day. I mean that as a chance for our bodies to actively recover from yesterday. That being said, I don't expect anyone to "dog" or go light. Come pull some great 500m times and keep it consistent!
