We all have lives outside the box. Hopefully. A major reason I CrossFit is to improve my life in other areas. Yes I like looking good but, I also like to participate in other activites that require mobility, flexibility, strength, cardiovascular endurance... etc. Sound familiar? The goal of our coaching is not only for you to accomplish your fitness goals but to be able to enjoy your life! I would venture to say that doesn't mean playing video games on your couch all day.
So get out into the beautiful world and experience life! Run, swim, bike, play games, eat good food and live! Be confident that the time you have spent in the box will help you achieve anything you throw yourself at.
