I hope everyone had a great weekend! I heard a few people have been sick and hopefully you're all feeling better. The CrossFit Games wrapped up yesterday with Rich Froning chalking up another first place win to make it 4 in a row and Camille Leblanc-Bazinet took first on the women's side. You should soon, if not already, be able to watch replays of all the action on either on crossfit's website or on ESPN's site.
It may take a little time for CrossFit corporate to get all the video loaded but there were some amazing and close events worth watching once they do.
A: Tabata hollow rocks
B: Find a 1RM split jerk. If there is at all a "press-out" it is not a jerk. Lower the weight and achieve proper, legal form.
C: 10 min AMRAP:
- 3 thrusters 95/65
- 3 Chest to bar pull-ups (aka C2B)
- 6 thrusters 95/65
- 6 C2B
- 9 thrusters 95/65
- 9 C2B
- ... each round increasing by 3 reps until the time runs out.
