This WOD my friends is a Sprint WOD. Row that 500m HARD, then the real test is gonna be the 400 m run. Can you RUN your HEART out when you really need too?? When someone close to you is in need of help can you run to them and help them out?? Think of these things when you are powering thru this WOD.
