How is the Wellness Challenge going for everyone? This isn't about vanity, rather about health & fitness. We have one body in this life and let's take care of it. You all come in and bust your butts so make sure you're taking care of yourselves outside the gym as well.
A: 3 min front leaning rest.
B: 3x3 clean pulls. Add 5# from last time
- Pull-ups strict if you're able or kip. Band as needed.
- Burpees over the barbell.
Extra Credit: 5 min each leg on a foam roller. IT Bands, Glutes, Hamstrings, Quads, Calves.
