Wednesday class times: 5:30a, noon, 4:30p, 5:30p, 6:30p
Hope everyone enjoyed that long WOD yesterday. Spend some time rolling around on the ground with a lacrosse ball and/or a foam roller and maybe work some mobility from the posters. We've been taxing those shoulders and hip flexors especially.

A) Pike Stretch / Downward Dog stretch
B) 2 x3 Deadlift @ 85% of 1RM, then 1 x max reps at same weight.
C) 1K row followed immediately by 1 mile run for time.
