The only downfall with using a treadmill, you lose time while the machines accelerating to your speed....
@Jess: Careful, G. Bone is an original. He has been with me since the beginning and is def. one of my best friends. Due to his work and family life he is unable to join us at the box but he hits the wods when he can. He is a strong beast and more loyal than anyone I know.
What's up y'all?! Coincidentally I did very similar wod today: 10 rounds EMOM of 2 reps front squat @ 80% and then Helen which is same as what u did except pull ups instead of push press. Haha. Good times. Miss u guys- see you next week.

Haha- thanks for the response. I am visiting from Clovis (Fresno area) - I am a member at FTF there (Kevin Hughes is my coach - he seems to know people everywhere, so maybe you guys know him too).
