Saw some huge Front Squat numbers on yesterday's strength portion. Most of you probably felt the difference that these two photos depict. Elbows up, creates that shelf for the barbell to sit on your shoulders (delts) and also eliminates the wrist strain. If you had trouble with the bar, not weight, it was due to your elbow position and/or flexibility. Ask a coach for some easy self mobility exercises to increase your range of motion and better improve your joint impingements.
