WOD: "Running Bear"

5 Bear complex' @ 115/75
*Penalty for setting bar down: 10 Burpees
Bear complex consists of:
Power clean, front squat, push press, back squat, and push press. Athlete must "touch and go" with barbell. Any combo may be done as long as the order stays the same. Example: Squat clean thruster to back squat thruster.
Skeleton crew today but they held it down. Only one athlete had to do burpees... Coach! Great job guys. Those of you that missed this, better get here next week!
