50 Wallball @ 20#/10#
A little different spin on the WOD today. For the warm-up, take a good guess @ your 5 rep max Deadlift and hit it for three sets. Remember to rest 2-3 min in between sets and stay tight! For the WOD, Will took a great workout, Karen, and flipped her up a bit. Same number of Wallballs but you get a break every 50 with a .25 mile run. Still going to be rough but completely accomplishable!
