Happy Friday folks! Gateway to the weekend. Hope everyone enjoyed the recovery blog yesterday. Patrick posted some additional info on the comments link. We have done a lot of movements this weekend and so today we will focus on Cardiovascular Endurance. Although this is for time and you all should be pushing yourselves, remember don't go out to quickly. Feel out that first run and gauge the rest of the workout. Have some more in the tank towards the end? Sprint it out!
