Try to approach Fran with a plan - how will you break up the reps? If possible, try to not put the bar down on the thrusters. For many of us that's not possible but definitely try on the rounds of 15 and 9. Don't be afraid to scale the weight for Fran. Most people find the round of 15 to be the most mentally challenging so be prepared for that. There's no room here for negative self talk - Go in positively and slay the beast! Lastly, the stimulus for which we're looking is short and very intense so do not use the RX weights if it will take you 22 minutes.
