21 Double Unders
See! You all made it through Monday! Tuesday is here, so let's make the most of it. Get a good warm-up in then knock out a killer 500m Row. Max effort here so get some efficiency tips from your coach and hit it! After that, grab a PVC and go over the Hang Power Snatch that will be used in the workout today.
Once again, if you don't have double-unders, why not? If you come early to class, grab a rope and start practicing! We will use double the amount of jumps if you are doing singles.
