WOD: For time:
50 Hand Release Push-ups
50 Box Jumps
50 Kettlebell Swings
Sometimes it's good to not forget about the tried and true basic CrossFit movements. This WOD will be a testimony to that simplicity. Storm through for time and crush it! After the dust settles, you will have ran a mile and done 200 reps! All in around 20 min! Not too bad!
We don't get to play with the tires to often so have some fun and throw them around a bit.
