Skill: Snatch-grip Deadlift
W.O.D.: 5 rounds each for time of:
50m Sprint w/ 20# Med Ball
1 Tire flip w/ jump through
5 Sledge hammer strikes w/ both hands
10 KB swings
Rest approx. 3 min
Going to get ugly guys. Interval trainig at it's best here and Coach Will doesn't disappoint. Save some in the tank for those final rounds and GET SOME!
