150 singles, 100 sit ups, 50 walking lunges, 25 sumo deadlift high-pulls
So by now most of you have experienced the bone-aching, stinging, barely can walk, fall out of bed, pain that is associated with your muscles doing something they haven't done in a long time... work. So what can you do to alleviate some of the "ouch"? Several things actually. Ibuprofen, ice, rest, foam rollers, fish oil, diet, etc. Talk to Will or I about these things if you need assistance.
