Great job yesterday folks! I know a lot of you haven't a ton of practice with the snatch, but it looked pretty good. You are always welcome to grab a barbell before or after class and knock out some reps. Practice that muscle memory.
Today's strength portion features the Sumo Deadlift. No to be confused with the Sumo Deadlift High Pull. This movement encompasses the same structre of the deadlift but feature a different stance and will feel very different. Same result: lift heavy stuff off the ground!
