Crossfit is made up of many different movements. Don't be afraid of those movements with which you're not comfortable. The more you confront them, the better you'll be. Don't avoid what you don't like in CrossFit. If you see a workout that scares you, that makes you uncomfortable, that's the day, above all others that week, you need to come in to WOD.
