Jumping switch lunge
For this WOD we are doing a 4 minute tabata interval which is 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest with each movement. We will have a 1 minute of transition time between each movement. Score is total reps for each movement. For strength work we are back to the Press today. Looking to hit 3x3 @ 90 % of you 1 rep max. Soon you will all be setting new pr's for your lifts when we test our Crossfit Totals soon!!! Hit it hard everyone!!
