WOD: Tabata Kettlebell Swings, Hand-release Push-ups, Double Unders, Pull-ups
In this workout, the athlete will move through each exercise 8 times. The athlete will perform 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest then rotate movements. Athletes will receive 1 minute of rest every 4 minutes (2 Rounds)

Today's workout will be a classic form of high intensity output. You will all have 20 seconds to do as much work as possible. Although the workout will last about 16 min, you have small and medium breaks throughout so go for broke and GET SOME!!!!
