Tabata Push Press
Tabata was a Japanese man who invented this interval rep scheme. Each athlete will proceed through 4 min of work for each movement. There will be 8 intervals consisting of 20 sec of work followed by 10 sec of rest. There will be approx. 1-2 min rest in between movements. Scaling will be available for the push press. Rx weight for men is 75#, women 45#.
