C) 7 min ascending AMRAP ladder:
- 3 thrusters 95/65
- 3 chest to bar pull-ups (C2B)
- 6 thrusters 95/65
- 6 C2B
- thrusters and C2B increase by 3's until 7 min is over.
Some of our upcoming WODs will include a few movements we don't often program. As with a handful of the movements we often see, some athletes may not be able to perform them but, as usual, we can scale everything.
