10 Push-ups (H/R, Ring)
10 Squat Jumps
Whew! After 105 Burpees yesterday, we need a break. Haven't stretched the time domain out to 20 minutes in awhile, so here it is. Pacing as usually always will be key here. Shift that weight around so you are not always carrying it in your dominant hand/side. Upgrade those push-ups to one level harder than you normally do. As far as the squat jumps go, JUMP!
