Happy Monday everyone! Hope you all enjoyed your weekends, now back to the grind. Know someone suffering through their work week? Bring 'em in for a de-stressing workout! Also, please pay attention to the skill/strength portion of the day. A lot of times we just go through the motions but this is really a time to get the movements down and ask questions! Use it!
We love to have cheering folks too. If you finish the WOD before everyone else, get in someone's corner and encourage them on! Crossfit is built on the community and we all do better with someone else there.
Beginner movement for the snatch will be from the hang position today. Intermediate will pull from the floor in a full Power Snatch and Advanced will start working with Squat Santches. Have fun and reach for your greatest potential! Here are some visual examples!
