1 rep Shoulder Press
1 rep Deadlift
Heavy day today folks! Time to hit some new numbers or get some up on the board. General good warm-up today then some PVC work. Warm-up with the bars then start stacking that weight on! Remember, form over pounds. Which means I want to see full range of motion and proper technique THROUGHOUT the lift.
Most of you have a max weight for each of these movements so lets push it and increase them! Great job on Fran yesterday! There were some fast times! After looking back through the records, about half the people PR'd! Nice!
