Strength : Back Squat -
WOD : 5 rounds for max reps of -
1 min max thrusters @ 75/45
1 min max barbell lateral jumps
1 min rest
Going for max reps in this WOD. Think about trying to stay moving for that whole minute so try to not go all out in the first 20 seconds!! For the lateral jumps we are not doing burpees!! Just jump over the barbell for 1 rep, both feet must leave the ground at the same time, no step overs!! Hit it hard everyone!!
