The workweek is nearing completion, folks. Let's end it with a bang and hit this one hard! Strength today will be some 50m Sprints. We will take some rest in between so make every try a max effort.
WOD today is a little triplet. Medium time domain of 12 minutes. Grab a piece of chalk and get those rounds done!
Mark your calendars now. Sat. September 15th we will be having a Team WOD and BBQ at the 4pm class! Start lining up your partners now and come hungry and ready for a great workout. This is our second annual 31 Heroes WOD. If you were a part of it last year come hit a PR! If not, come anyway!
Lastly, you all have put in great effort this week. I've seen major improvements in your mobility and range of motion with the movements. It still makes me stand in awe of your dedication and perseverance. Keep up the good work! We will be starting a September PR board at the beginning of the month, so be looking to get your names up there!
