Strength : Front Squat 1 rep max

Today we are going to find our 1 rep max for the front squat. You will have pleanty of time and attempts to do this. Start with light weight to get you body moving then start to get heavy. The way I like to attack 1 rep max efforts is to start with a light set of 10, rest, medium set of 8, rest, and a few heavy sets of 5 and 3. Then I hit about 5 heavy singles to find my 1 rep max. Remember it is ok to FAIL, that shows us that you are truly lifting HEAVY. Make sure you are getting at least 2 minutes of rest between your sets!! Lift HEAVY tomorrow!!
