- For anyone doing lifts using 15#s on each side of the barbell, please use the new 15# plates. So if you're lifting with 10#s on each side and are increasing the weight, please remove the 10s and put on 15s instead of just adding a 5. The 10# plates are starting to break down and we bought the 15 plates specifically to prevent this issue. They are wide enough that they can endure the abuse like the bigger plates without falling apart. Thank you.
A. Tabata Sit-ups (4 min)
B. 3RM weighted strict pull-up. If can't do wighted, complete 5 sets of max strict pull-ups. Band as needed.
C. 3 RFT:
- 15 power cleans 115/75
- 15 box jumps 24/20
- 15 burpees
