B) 5 rounds for time:
- 9 thrusters 95/65
- 9 pull-ups
C) 3 min hold of front leaning rest (top of push-up position - pic below).
This year our box (along with thousands of others around the world) will be competing in the OPEN. The CrossFit Games OPEN is the first qualifier to the Games. Athletes must perform 5 WODs over 5 weeks and place in the top 60 of their region to move on. We will be hosting the OPEN WODs as one of our daily WODs each week anyway so we encourage EVERYONE to register and truly measure your fitness! These WODs will be judged and scored and you can measure yourself against others worldwide. We would love to have a team go to Regionals this year and every score counts! Head over to games.crossfit.com and get yourself registered. Find CF Arise and log yourself in! Let's see if we can beat our record from last year. For those of you who are new, don't be intimidated. This is just another fun part of the CrossFit community. We expect nearly everyone to sign up so get on it!
