WOD: 3 Rounds for time:
10 Wall Walks
Looks simple enough. Those rings looked simple too, until I got on them an tried 45 dips. Wooo. Establish a nice weight for the split jerk and really focus on technique. Then power through the 3 rounds for time. Pace yourself on the wall walks, they are killer.
