A handful of athletes really kicked butt on 14.4 yesterday. Some people were getting their first toes to bar and ending up with a couple of dozen while others were cleaning (for multiple reps) weight that used to be their 1 RM! That's great! Advancing your strength and skills.
I'm sure we'll get a bunch more in on Saturday and Sunday to face down 14.4. Good luck everyone!
