Just a reminder:
Wellness Challenge is over! The Challenge wrapped up this past Saturday and final weigh ins run from Sunday, 7/27 thru this Friday, 8/1. Your journals are due the same time you decide to weigh in. Try to arrive a few minutes early to class and let the coach know you want to turn in your journal and weigh in.
We will tally up all the results and celebrate together on Sunday, 8/10. Even if you didn't enter (or complete) the Challenge, please come to the pot-luck BBQ! Further details on the BBQ to follow.
