A) 8 min tabata alternating hollow hold and superman hold
B) 1RM weighted strict pull-up. If unable to do weighted pull-up, complete 3 sets of max pull-ups (band if needed)
C) Against a 10 min clock:
- 800m run
- AMRAP wallballs 20#@10', 14#@9' scale as needed.
