First video is an OG in the CrossFit world, Greg Amundson. He was instrumental in working through the movements and benchmark WODs many years before the CrossFit Games were around. In that video he is doing a non - RX'd version since he is doing power cleans. The second video is of the Men's Final from the 2012 Games.
