As you may have read in yesterday's post, we're now able to process credit cards. It is a quick and easy process to enter your credit card info into wodify and can be done from a computer or smart phone. Please scroll down and read the directions on yesterday's post to do so.. ALL OF THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE THEIR CREDIT CARD INFO ENTERED INTO WODIFY BY 2/27 WILL BE ENTERED INTO A DRAWING FOR $50 OFF THEIR MEMBERSHIP DUES NEXT MONTH. We will need the info eventually but would like to get this all done quickly so please spend a couple of minutes and git 'er done. B) Work to a heavy complex of the following without dropping or re-gripping bar:
- Clean grip deadlift, then

- touch and go clean from ground.
